THE HIRE POWER is a recruitment company specializing in the residential construction industry.  With over 25 years’ experience in the new homes industry, including 12 years of which in the recruitment of builder personnel, the staff of THE HIRE POWER know from personal experience what builders are looking for in the people that they hire.

Our clients are home builders, small, regional, and national.  The territories that we cover and placements are currently Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware and West Virginia.
