THE HIRE POWER, INC., is a recruitment company specializing in the residential construction industry.  With over 25 years’ experience in the new homes industry, the staff of The Hire Power knows from personal experience what builders are looking for in the people that they hire.

The President of the Company, Hazel Hall, began her new homes career working for home builders selling single-family homes and townhomes  in Maryland . As a licensed Maryland Realtor, she later sold unimproved land for a developer to both owners and builders, and subsequently became a recruiter for a large real estate brokerage that handled the sales and marketing for small, local builders. She was responsible for recruiting the sales staff for approximately 75 builders throughout Maryland.  In 1996, she founded THE HIRE POWER.  

The clients of THE HIRE POWER are home builders, both smaller companies building 50 or fewer homes per year to the regional and national firms who build hundreds and sometimes thousands of homes annually.
