Our fee?

The Hire Power's fee ranges from a flat fee for salespeople (noted by asterisk above) to a one-time fee billed at a percentage of annual salary for all other types of personnel. You can call off the search at any time and you won't owe us a penny unless we find you the right candidate. The fee becomes due the day the candidate starts their new job with you. Our guarantee?

The placement guarantee is for 90 days. If you are not completely satisfied with your new employee or if the employee leaves within 90 days, we will make a one-time replacement at no additional charge.
